favourites for around home and at clinics. it’s always good to look and feel good even when you are riding at home in my eyes.

This is my stunning new Devoucoux saddle Thanks to Georgie Dormer and The Rider Shop NZ. I have always ridden in Prestige and Vega saddles but this gorgeous saddle fits Bentley like a glove and I love the super close contact feel it gives me. Bentley is a big strong horse and I find some saddles just add too much bulk to him and make me feel like I’m perching above him and an unable to use my midget legs adequately. It’s a Biarritz Lab and it is a true thing of beauty. From the website……It’s slender twist gives the rider greater precision and contact as well as balance. The use of D3D technology for the padding enhances the interactivity between rider and horse. The saddle’s splayed form (+30% weight-bearing surface) combined with the increased space between the saddle pads liberates the horse’s spinal column to give it greater freedom of movement and comfort. Bentley and I both love the feel of it and how great does it look??!!
